Around twenty-five thousand residences in southeastern Queensland were left without power on Monday's dawn after intense storm systems passed over the region, generating wind gusts hitting 109 kilometers per hour.

Large Ice Stones and Extensive Destruction

Locals witnessed large ice chunks measuring up to seven centimeters in particular locations. The Bureau of Meteorology announced that multiple regions across the state had been affected by large hailstones.
